The message I get from it is this:

"I'm fat.

I've tried every diet and nothing works.

So now I'm going to do Lillys shot and don't judge me for it."

It's marketing propaganda. It takes work to get as fat as the guy is in this ad. You seriously have to try and get that fat.

And now we are supposed to feel bad about it and guilty for asking the question, "How did you let yourself get that fat?"

As someone that was 636lbs/6'7" at one pt, it takes zero work to get that fat. Just eating a metric **** ton, all day, e'ry day.

Now am 275 to 280, depending. At 6'6". No drugs, just eating like a human and not ten humans.

You dieted so hard you shrunk an inch of height?

But for real, congrats on the accomplishment!

In reality, few of us get taller as they get older - past say 20. My wife still claims to be 5'1", she was never more than 5" and now definitely under that. BTW, she does not visit F16. :-)

So Rule #1 is fully in place here?

We need to bring back shame in our culture.

Fat people need to get pointed at and laughed.

Only then will they shape up, stop stuffing their faces and go exercise.

It seems like a radical idea but 50 years ago this was commonplace.

Can y'all fat shame me? I gained a few pounds during the holidays.

Been hitting the gym and bike hard. (Bad knee, can't run or walk long distances anymore - gotta get that fixed).

Or we could just move forward and stop glorifying obesity. It's a pretty ******* move to point and laugh at someone else in public regardless of what they look like.

And no, I'm not fat. I'm also not a CEO so you should t have any reason to hate me.

I get the Tai Chi Arnold ads on my IG feed all the time. Cracks me up.

Yes, performing slow, fluid movements with zero resistance (even isometric resistance) will get you as buff as Arnold.

Sure, sure.

"I'll do back."

You're half the man you used to be.

In all seriousness, well done BigRob.
