So I wandered through the San Antonio NKR yesterday, and it was about what you would expect - maybe 20-25% looked reasonably normal - read that as "aging hippies". Anybody under 40 was what you would expect: Blue/yellow/purple hair, septum rings, neck+ tats, or just flat-out ******/mentally ill. Lots of vacant stares.
