I think this is a great strategy. Allows police to arrest agitators. I don't believe they are paid by the right to be there, but reality tells us that isn't what happens. One person gets arrested and the rest of them hurl insults at the officers as they do their jobs.

If they actually just sit down, and let the officers arrest people who are breaking the law then I love it!

Most of these protests have been heavily composed of geriatric washed up old hippies or union retirees that wouldn't physically be able to sit down on the ground and then get back up without a lot of help in many cases.
