Surely now the evidence will be at last found! While they're at it they'll discover faked moon landings, 9/11 explosives planted, and WMDs in Iraq.

Iraq did have WMDs at one time. Saddam used chemical weapons in the war with Iran.

Probably paid for and built by the US.

No, it wasn't. Our judiciary stinks on ice. Hell, a computer expert hacked a Dominion machine just a few feet in front of a federal judge in Georgia within a minute using only a ball point pen but what did that judge do? After a trial? Quietly dismissed the case several months later.

And you have to remember how Dominion was created by Obama and the Holder Justice Department. o Dominion has always had powerful friends.

Oh, none of this matters though. None of this proves there was any voter fraud ....

  • Not air-gapped and connected to the Internet? Doesn't prove massive fraud.
  • Outdated software with known vulnerabilities? Doesn't prove massive fraud.
  • Missing or broken seals required on voting hardware? Doesn't prove massive fraud.
  • Chain of custody documentation missing? Doesn't prove massive fraud.
  • Runbeck anomalies galore, all going against their core, stated rules? Doesn't prove massive fraud.
  • An unauthorized user going to machines and scripting failed log attempts, amazingly enough to be the amount needed to roll the access logs? Doesn't prove massive fraud.
... and rather than a court take these cases up, allow for discovery to prove or disprove fraud? "The Plaintiff's have no standing."

All just one big coincidence ... nothing to see here. Hundreds of millions of dollars spent on the worst solution possible, or those dollars provided EXACTLY what was required. A vulnerable system that could be manipulated and where anomalies could be dismissed as incompetence.

Yikes; if you're in their cross hairs, they'll stop at nothing, especially the Constitution, to exact punishment/ silence through the coordinated actions of lawfare they continue to rely upon.

If Colorado did transfer her to the Feds, would that then mean that Trump's pardon of her had any meaning? Or would they have to keep her in prison as long as she would in Colorado?

Original sentence remains in place. But she would be eligible for compassionate parole since her health is deteriorating.

Thanks.

I wonder if they might do that in Colorado.

I think that in my county a few years ago, they released one county inmate because the county didn't want to be responsible for his medical costs. If I remember correctly, he passed away a year or two later.

It seems like this could potentially be very good news.

It's an established fact that voting machines are easily hackable. This was proven by hackers at DEFCon years ago. It's not crazy to suggest that Dominion voting machines were hacked at the local district level. It's a much bigger claim to make that Dominion did it at the software level themselves.

No, it's not. There was a reason all of those instruction videos done by Coomer were scrubbed from the internet within a few months after the 2020 election. And Tina Peters is still sitting in jail for proving Dominion installed a new software "patch" ironically called "Trusted Build" that illegally deleted election records from the 2020 election. That was on purpose.

Further, in Arizona, a special script was written to overwrite the system logs. Again, deliberate.

Speaking of Tina Peters sitting in prison, this seems like shocking (to me though IANAL) prosecutorial misconduct being described in the hearings before the appeals court in the Tina Peters case.

Perhaps worthy of another thread since Tina Peters being prosecuted is just fallout from the corruption of Dominion voting.

The left wanted to send the message here, in J6, with jailing Trump attorneys, illegally spying on congressmen, that questioning them is not allowed. They're doing the same in Minnesota. They will imprison you or try to kill you if you stand in their way.
