None of the names are a surprise.

Sadly virtually all of them are in very safe districts so nothing will happen to them come election time and they'll be right back in 2027.

H.Res.519 - Condemning the attacks on Minnesota lawmakers in Brooklyn Park and Champlin, Minnesota, and calling for unity and the rejection of political violence in Minnesota and across the United States.

Looks like the right one to me...

Could you post a link of the one you're referring to?

Before tossing the Republicans under the bus, I'd want to know why they weren't there.

Were they just lazy and skipped it, or were they out of town for legitimate reasons.

True, I forgot about the Texas redistricting, assuming it stands up in court.

Yep.

I think the strongest argument is that Hamas wants max Gaza collateral damage to drive Israel/US into further debt and turn global public opinion against them.

So for that reason alone, the US should stop supporting Gaza bombing, and Israel should get more surgical with its targeting.

The beeper bombs were great. Kill actual terror cell bad actors with minimal damage. Even blasting Iran's Uranium factory could be considered effective retaliation. But sloppy Gaza bombings benefits Hamas more than anyone else.

The Lindsey Graham's of DC will never understand this.

If you believe Israel is just carpet bombing Gaza, then you've bought into every lie Hamas has put out and there is no way to have a rational discussion with you on the topic.

The "Israel should get more surgical with its targeting" is a talking point directly from the pro-Hamas leftists in this country and Europe.

And this is why the Democrats will not win the midterms or 2028 independents are watching and even moderate Democrats or watching and they are coming over to the other side. This is not a situation that people will forget.

No, re-read FobTies first paragraph. I think he is absolutely right that it unfortunately plays into the hands of their enemies. Its not a demand Israel do that, just a tactic that might work better. Munich'72 response on steroids.

I really do not know how to say this and I will probably get blasted for it but here it goes…..

I am grateful they did this action to honor Charlie Kirk but I really do not understand why it was needed and what was gained from it - just like I don't understand when the other side does it for their people.

We the people can barely get congress to work at all and there are a lot of important items that they could be spending their time on and those things never get accomplished because they don't have time or votes……

Is this a gotcha moment for the next election cycle or are they truly honoring this gentleman? If it is a gotcha moment does it truly honor Mr Kirk or was it just for them and they are using Mr Kirk to achieve this outcome?

I collect ticket stubs! looking for a 1944 orange bowl ticket stub and Aggie vs tu stubs - 1926 and below, 1935-1937, 1939-1944, 1946-1948, 1950, 1953, 1956-1957, 1959, 1960, 1963-1966, 1969-1970, 1973, 1974, 1980, 1984, 1990, 2004, 2008 also looking for vs Villanova 1949
