Do people who are caught driving drunk, high, speeding get their driver's license immediately and permanently revoked? Nope. And we all know that people who do those sorts of things are typically habitual offenders.

Statistically you're far more likely to get injured or killed by a drunk driver or reckless driver each day than some trans person. Thats because we prioritize the ability to maintain personal freedoms to the farthest extent possible and people must INDIVIDUALLY demonstrate egregious and repeated disregard for the safety and wellbeing of others before those freedoms are revoked.

Revocation of individual freedoms where only the person themself is impacted should remain logically consistent, with the threshold being when that individual crosses the line into violating the freedom of others. Thats not to say that there shouldn't be significant revision to how individuals with gender dysphoria are treated. There absolutely should, as opposed to immediately jumping to do a sex change. That's nuts. But at a certain point, it's the freedom of that individual to do what they wish to themself since it doesn't impact anything other than the sensibilities of some other people. If they cross the line of illegal violence or harassment of others then that changes.

Many people choose surgery to change parts of their body that they're self-concious about. Many of these people have depression over their appearance, and are trying surgery to correct it instead of getting the depression treated. The results are simiarly ineffective at fixing the underlying issues.

Do no harm……………. No doubt this was healthy,and contributed to the patient's longevity and well being. Do you not comprehend the slippery slope you are on? Let adults screw themselves up at their own expense and risk.
