Correct. It's entirely too late for that simply because of demographics and too many "true believers" (communists) in NYC. This isn't a bunch of moderate, undecided whites just being fickle and changing their vote to the other side to try something different for a term...as in past voting cycles.

Tend to agree here. His idiotic policies will fail miserably, the a (relatively) moderate, pro capitalism dem will take advantage of the business community being pissed offand get elected to swing them back towards the middle. They absolutely will unless the elites rein him in once he gets elected. Shockingly, I'm not sure they will. He's already been meeting with them for months and it sounds like a not insignificant portion of them support his candidacy. I guess because they think they have enough money to absorb his destruction.

I was in NYC for a week over the summer. There are some things I like about it, but it's a net negative for me. Even in half decent parts of town, you have homeless, crazies, and tweakers roaming the streets and the locals just take it as normal.

The left's way too handle them is to either baby them or ignore them. The right's method is to either empower them to improve themselves or, failing that, to remove them. One method is clearly superior.

When I eventually make my way to New York, the State, I will not be going to NYC. Niagara Falls and Cooperstown are on the list, but NYC is not. I've seen it plenty in movies, TV shows, and even going so far as to include 9/11 footage.
