I just bought some in Rockport, girl said they were out of Pallacios or Louisiana.
First time to do it, how are they thawed? Can you peel them frozen , or wait? Thanks!

I do get suspicious when the Sysco truck is in the restaurant parking lot

When we visit family in the greater New Orleans area, the seafood market in Westwego is must stop shopping. On the west bank on highway 90. Haven't found any place else better.

If you live in rockdale, the radioactive shrimp are the least toxic thing you ingest.
