Spend tonight finding out his motive, if there was one. Waterboard him if necessary to get the information. There is no doubt as to his guilt. Publicly hang him tomorrow (not enough people would support prolonged torture).

But no, bleeding heart liberals and those worried about being executed for a crime they didn't commit, along with a pussified justice system full of lazy judges and DAs with feed this vermin for a couple of years and the offer a plea bargain because they are such lazy *******s. I remember the wailing and gnashing of teeth by the dems when Texas passed the concealed carry law. It was proof we're going back to the wild west. There would be shootouts in the streets. Of course the only shootouts in the streets were criminal killing innocent people. Permit holders (and now open carry) has hardly caused any trouble but have prevented numerous killings by acting to protect people who don't carry.
