They only said 6% were CONVICTED of MUIRDER. They said over 50% were convicted and/or charged with a crime.

Those "crimes", while not murder, could have been for violent offenses.

So Yamiche's point is actually that ICE needs to get off their asses and catch way more. That's 1000x worse than the US per capital homicide rate of 6 per 100,000 people.

The article is saying instead of rounding up everyone at Home Depot parking lots and construction sites to increase deportation stats that ICE should be targeting known violent criminals as was promised 'the worst of the worst'.
