Welcome to the last whatever. The drug zombies have been wondering around Seattle for years. Congrats on discovering what others have known for a long time. That retirement is really paying dividends.

Homelessness is the symptom. Liberalism is the cause.t - cam said:

Mental illness is also a cause. Our country would be better off if we opened up mental hospitals again like we had pre-Reagan. Probably the only thing I didn't like that Reagan did as president. My neighbor's church does a lot of work with the homeless population in Dallas. I go and help him out from time to time. So many of those people need to be in a mental institution.RAB87 said:Homelessness is the symptom. Liberalism is the cause.t - cam said:

The smells were incredible as well. I never thought I'd smell a worse city than New Orleans, but Seattle easily won that award.B-1 83 said:Psycho Bunny said:

Growing up, if we were on a road trip, Dad would detour and take us to downtown Dallas or Houston and show us "skid row". He said, this is what alcohol, and drugs do to you if you cant control yourself.. I knew I didnt want to live that way.Rocky Rider said:

They've solved the homeless crisis by finding work for these people!
One of my hobbies is, or was, architectural photography. Now obvious out in public you can take pictures of anything or anyone you want. However, on more than one occasion while taking pictures of buildings I was accused to taking pictures of people. I don't really do it any more, mostly to avoid the potential confrontation and hassle.B-1 83 said:Psycho Bunny said:

I was there about that time during the Occupy Wall Street nonsense. It was a trip.5Amp said:
