If you are born gay, I think that would make it "normal."

I think that majority position is that you can be gay, but you don't need to proselytize to children. Drag show for kids etc... is not normal. Stay in your lane and do that crap in private, away from kids and also away from people who don't want to see it.

I don't care that companies put a rainbow flag on their logo for bit.

There are many, many conditions/diseases/birth defects/psychopathy/etc. that one can be born with that are not "normal". There is a large percentage of adult gays that were sexually molested as a child, so I don't think you can make a definitive "nature vs nurture" argument for either.

Which is great except for the Indians as HR part.

Is a person born with 3 arms "normal"?

What about no ears?

I disagree.
HR is to protect the company and C levels from getting sued. They don't care about employees (no one does). AI can't help in this. AI can help in the processes for which HR actually is supposed to do. India call center cannot help except for a small portion of the work.

The main problem is women in HR. For some reason, women gravitate to HR and when a lot of women get together in a group, they cause problems. They use emotions, hormones etc to disrupt and gain control over men (old rich horny white men).

Turn HR into all male. See the difference.

Exactly. It is the exception that proves the rule.

Make sure you all wear rainbow flare and put pronouns in your sig to show you are a "safe person".

If you dont, we cant know if you are "safe". If we dont know you are "safe", you might be a bigot. So everyone who doesn't comply is a possible homophopbic bigot.

This is what companies are doing, and everyone is afraid to call it. For good reason. The retaliation is real. I know first hand.

If there was ever any doubt about which was gayer, Dallas or Houston, I think this pretty much settles it:

- OR -

The entire month to celebrate that some people want to have sex with their own gender. No month for veterans, soldiers who died giving their life to us, Jesus, or a whole host of people and things that actually should be honored.

I don't understand the obsession with how people live their lives.

I believe the movement to recognize sexual preference is about health insurance. This was all financial.

It's just because old rich powerful white men want some love. These people are usually hated universally and they need a way to clean up their image.

Went to a Nashville Sounds (MLB minor league) game the other day and they were advertising a pride game.

What's funny is that many people with all of that flair are unsafe.

What gets me are the straight people on Facebook virtue signaling pride month. A number of my facebook friends have updated profile and cover pics to embrace the rainbow and have posted 'Happy Pride" crap.

You're straight...pride month isn't about you. This is a straight up pathetic virtue-signaling and nothing more.

Or maybe they're doing it help comfort their LGBTQ friends and loved ones.

Performative"allyship" is foolish, sure, but so is performative disdain in the other direction.
hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. good times create weak men. and weak men create hard times.

less virtue signaling, more vice signaling.

I'm conservative but I dgaf about what other people do, or call themselves, as long it doesn't hurt others or interfere with other people's rights.

I've got a lot more important things to worry about everyday than that.

June is here and it is Pride Month. A month where we are expected to "celebrate" gay folks just for being who they are. What about the rest of us? No month for us.

Anyway, I looked at my Linkedin profile and saw that a couple of my former employers have magically gone rainbow. Not all, the numbers are lower this year.

Why do companies feel the need to announce to the world their support for gays?

On the other hand this is reducing this year. What happened, CEOs? You don't love gays no more? After Trump leaves, will you be back to your old tricks?

What Happened to All the Corporate Pride Logos?
https://www.newsweek.com/corporate-pride-lgbtq-trump-backlash-2080429

All the companies that are majority owned by the big groups thus control them- being told by the board controlling CEOs to participate in pride month/. It's so obvious who's behind all of this stuff, no different than the riots. Nothing is "organic" anymore - being driven by a few wealthy organizations- all gas lighting

Born gay is not logical. That's genetics language and any genetic propensity to not reproduce would have self eliminated long before now. Not genetics folks. That's why they have to recruit.

Just a reminder, being gay is a choice, you aren't born that way.
