They did NOT want any health indicators on Biden. All tests from blood to cognitive were going to be disastrous, so they simply quit doing tests. Just like they quit doing pressers, quit doing interviews, quit doing cabinet meetings, and quit doing a presidential campaign.

Doubly doubly doubly there is zero chance this was diagnosed after a digital rectal exam. We just dont do those any more. There is no point, even for an average person, and there is especially no point for someone with money and good insurance. You just get the PSA and do imaging.

This was actually one of the things that people were critiquing Trump's physical for, because everyone was saying that there is no way his PSA was actually the reported 0.1.

A 40 year old with an uncle with prostate cancer will get his PSA checked, even though it is insanely early and extremely unlikely he has cancer..but it is a five dollar test.

There is probably a pretty easy malpractice case against a doctor here, if he was a regular person. I mean, it is just hard to describe how insane this is. As a doctor, your entire job is to worry about cancer, heart attacks, and strokes. You worry about the worst case scenario first and rule it out.

The older you get and the more testosterone you are exposed to the higher your PSA number is. It is easy for someone to go outside the technical range, but not still have any actual worry about cancer. I would fully expect an older person to have a technically high PSA, but that is the difference between being a seven, which is higher than four, and being a 200. With metastatic prostate cancer, his PSA is probably at least a couple hundred.

[Regarding a doctor saying they don't routinely screen for people over 70] - she may not routinely screen for normal people over 70, but screening has a very precise definition in the medical field. The president is not a normal person, and normal people don't have seven doctors for allegedly zero health problems. Or she could just be an idiot who blindly follows guidelines, and every year a couple of her patients get completely preventable cancer because she didn't order and incredibly cheap test.

Everyone is ignoring the fact that he had a neurological evaluation for allegedly no reason - that is against screening guidelines. So is having and ortho doctor for no reason, or any of the other doctors he had.

But again, it just kills me because I don't think any doctor would actual defend this apart from politics. They may not say that out loud, because it is kind of taboo to insult another physician... but quietly they would say that this persons' incompetence killed someone, and if that's what happened it is correct. I just refuse to believe that all of those doctors were that incompetent. I don't believe that.

Oh - AND he had BPH (enlarged prostate) documented in 2019. So there is absolutely zero chance that they did not test a PSA.

None of the explanations have been good since 2020. (really way before that) Not just about cancer, but about the democrat party's anti-democratic ways. About the naked corruption of all democrat politicians, the Bidens chief among them. They don't have free elections, they don't support Americans, they don't follow the Constitution, and they don't believe in the rule of law.

They have been lying for years. Other people have been running the presidency (and America, for that matter) for years. Some cabal has been choosing their candidates for years.

When I get my PSA done, I don't make an extra appointment just for that. I get a physical every year with a blood draw. PSA is one of a half dozen or so tests done every time. It's stupid NOT to do it. The incremental cost is almost nil.

Same here. My work covers it every year for free along with other blood work. Yeah, I've never bought the false positive/negative rate being a reason not to do it. The testing is just a point of data that could be useful and may save your life. Just know not to immediately freak out if it pops, but also don't rely only on it.

Our presidents get some of the best medical treatment in the U.S if not the very best. I'm not buying anything the left is selling on this topic. Biden and his circle have known about his medical issues for years

Stating men over 70 aren't screened is BS because he was most powerful man in the world.

Who cares if life expectancy is 76. He was ****ing president and should have had best treatment for longevity.

Maybe one of our doctors can answer this: if they learned he had prostate cancer in 2014, would they continue doing the test? I can see not screening for something if you already know he has it. Would the PSA test be helpful in determining the efficacy of treatment?
