Robert Silvers, Under Secretary for Policy at the Department of Homeland Security, revealed Biden's cognitive decline "accelerated 12 to 24 months" into his presidency, adding that during meetings, "he's in there, and it's a blank."

Yes to both. If there were no subsequent PSA labs drawn after 2014 in this scenario of a new finding of prostatic cancer, then one of two things must have happened. 1) They didn't treat him after discovering prostate cancer or 2) They were treating him blinded to any efficacy of those treatments. I don't believe either one of those (again if the cancer was discovered as far back as 2014).

He would 100% have had a PSA drawn no later than 2019 while they were working him up for the meds/TURP treatments for his BPH.

They are now claiming the White House did not include prostate exams in Joe’s physical to save money.

Even when his precious Beau had brain cancer in Feb 2014 the family trotted out Dr. Wai-Kwan Alfred Yung to release a statement that Beau Biden had a "clean bill of health and 15 months later he was dead in the ground. EVERYTHING was smoke and mirrors with this family. Joe embellished everything including the death of his first wife and child.

As far as Joy Reid's list, the people pushing that agenda and who want to be elected in the next election are the exact same people who covered up Biden's health decline and lied about it. Can they seriously not connect the credibility issues?

Ignoring my reluctance to defend anything biden for a moment, this is entirely plausible with brain cancer (glioblastoma) as it is very aggressive and may not be detected until it's advanced and symptomatic. Common presentation is the sudden onset of seizures followed by death in weeks to months.

Not so much with the easily detected and slow growing prostate cancer. They're lying about that.

But Biden did not experience a sudden mental decline just before the debate. It had been apparent for years, and after the debate they just couldn't hide it any more. Or should I say pretend to hide it, because everyone knew.

The basement campaign is probably when Biden was being treated for prostate cancer. He was hidden for months.

Basement was to keep him contained during the early onset of his dementia when he would be prone to moments of orchestrated lucidity in between bouts of rage.

This isn't about saving money...and I can somewhat accept their point of not performing a PSA test. But no MRI or Prostate biopsy?

• An MRI (with contrast) takes an hour, and it's minimally invasive (due to the IV).
• A Prostate biopsy takes an hour as well, and though it is much more invasive, why wouldn't they perform one on the President of the United States?

Why would the president not have medical procedures performed that Medicare routinely covers?

And we're expected to believe their story.

There have been a number of politicians who have announced cancer diagnosis, only to be gone within a matter of months. Given the timing and the fact the cancer has moved to the bone (and has probably been there for some time), I would not be surprised to see Biden pass by the end of the year.
