Former NPR CEO Vivian Schiller, thinks you rural folks are a bunch of hayseeds, who cannot access modern technology. Talk about out of touch.

People in rural areas get their information from the nearest tv station. But they do not watch PBS, nor listen to NPR.

Ridiculous to still be government funding radio or television. Tell that lady to get private funding and to do something about that honker of a nose.

She is your typical liberal elitist. She believes she is much smarter than we are, so she clearly knows best for us. She's no different than the rest of the swamp. Or the Texas House leadership.

We The People just need to be saved from ourselves. If they can install enough judges, they'll do it. Just like they're doing in countries across the world.

My Dad never had cable tv or even internet service, but since the advent of digital broadcast television, he had about 45 or 50 channels that were in English. There was no shortage of things to watch. Although, he pretty much just watched the news and weather.

In other words, it's important to continue to be able to pump our propaganda into communities.

Here is an easy solution...

Take the money that NPR and PBS used for indoctrination and offer grants to people in rural areas for Starlink and a NewsMax streaming subscription.

Then not only will they have 'free information', it will be 100X more accurate.

Additionally, they will have the entire internet at their fingers as well.

It will never happen, as these people HATE rural voters anyway, as they NEVER vote for democrats.

For the legal eagles...

She states that the CPB is not under the executive branch.

How can Congress create an organization through a law that is not administered or executed by the executive branch? Which one of their enumerated powers gives them that ability?

Back in the 1970's and before that may have been the case. Back then we got Channel 3, scratchy channel out of Waco and PBS (Sesame Street and Zoom) from an antenna on the roof. Now, we have Direct TV, Starlink, Rise Broadband, DISH, etc. What an absolute moron.

The good thing is this means that the left didn't get the message that they're the party only of the elite and not the common man anymore. I hope they keep up that line of thinking. Makes winning elections easier for Republicans...

Yeah. Its 2025 *****. Sorry to sound all uppity and ****, but we all got the internet now and have zero need to be indoctrinated by our betters anymore.
