I agree with you. It's much more important to nominate candidates with the best chance of winning general elections than someone who votes with Trump 100% of the time. In 2022, the Trump backed Senate candidates did not win any of the battleground states in 2022, costing the GOP control of the Senate. Even in 2010, the Tea Party movement costed the GOP control of the Senate.AtticusMatlock said:
You want someone who can actually win. She will not win a statewide general election. Losing but losing with someone who will vote with Trump 100% of the time instead of winning with someone who will vote with Trump 95% of the time is not a win.
This is that same asinine logic that cost the GOP in Arizona the last several election cycles.

I like Marjorie Taylor Green, but I don't think she has a good chance of defeating Democrat incumbent Senator against Raphael Warnock in a statewide general election.

Kemp is an easy win.
MTG is Hershel Walker 2.0.
I will vote for #1. I will not vote for #2. She is a national embarassment.

What specifically about Kemp makes him a RINO? Policy related of course.

I corrected it to Ossoff.BMX Bandit said:Iraq2xVeteran said:

Someone needs to let GROK know it's Ossoff she'd be running against
Breaking: Gov. Brian Kemp tells the @ajc he will not run for U.S. Senate in 2026, dashing the hopes of Republicans in Georgia and Washington who saw him as their strongest shot to unseat Democratic U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff in 2026. #gapol https://t.co/CzUUHp7sLI

Good news for MTG

Idiocracy. Once she hits the senate we're two years away from President Camacho.
Can MTG use this as a campaign ad?GeorgiAg said:
They need to nominate someone good. I will not vote for MTG, Hershel Walker or any other brain-dead Trump sycophant. I will vote for any other Republican. I've heard Raffensperger, but the orange moron may torpedo that like he did with both of the last Senate races here.
Sure. She'll get the GOP nomination and Ossoff will win the general.Im Gipper said:Can MTG use this as a campaign ad?GeorgiAg said:

I agree and if she runs her time will be up because she will be out of the House too.DonHenley said:
Bad news for Republicans. This crazy lady can't win
Good news for Republicans as Marjorie Taylor Greene announces she’s not running for Georgia Senate.

That’s means the winnable seat is still in play if they can recruit the right candidate against Jon Ossoff. pic.twitter.com/Wux9xUr45n
