I honestly don't know what to think about this.
This week a couple 'Christian' pastors made news by denouncing the phrase - Christ is King, citing a 'study' that linked the phrase to domestic terrorism.
A few people on x started digging in and found that the study was funded by our good friends at the ADL. There's also another shady ngo type org, that's affiliated in pushing it. This org also was involved in covid censorship.
Here's where it gets weird. Jordan Peterson and the daily wire go hard after Candace Owens, and anyone who tries to push back on the bogus study. Weird.
Thank you for re-upping this most crucial conversation about “Christ Is King” almost exactly a year later and once again during the season of Lent.

After a year of thoughtfulness, I want you to know that I will never stop declaring it. https://t.co/CBCIHJdEgO
Candace Owens @RealCandaceO a true Pharasaical pretender. She vociferously proclaims her devotion to Christ for no other reason that to elevate her perceived status. Her outrage is designed not to shout the truth from the rooftops, build bridges or make peace, but to subvert… https://t.co/KmJ0ugBXAJ

Sure Christians are being murdered in Syria and the Congo, and churches are being burned in Canada, and Christians are being arrested for praying in the UK

But aren’t you worried that declaring the kingship of Christ is making someone uncomfortable online?
