The problem with that is then we're fighting a war where one side plays by the rules and the other doesn't. Guess who wins that war?

I'm old enough to remember when all the Hamas terrorist supporters in the USA were whining that poor Mahmoud just wanted to see his young baby.

yet suddenly, the first thing he does is go on protests with his Hamas buddy Zoran Mamdani, then go to Capitol Hill for photo ops with Bernie Sanders and the rest of the Hamas Caucus, then go on CNN where he refused three times to condemn Hamas.

Khalil will be deported, ultimately, per Homan.

Note (I think this is referenced up above), the idiot federal court order (after noting a lack of jurisdiction) to vacate the finding by the IJ, (wasn't even dated correctly by the TC biden judge), was mocked by the Immigration Judge In the footnotes yesterday.

And note, he's still lying and laughing about 'forgetting' his associations abroad on his green card application. That is also a removable omission and I expect at some point Rubio will issue a revised determination referencing this. He's not "Palestinian," or a student, he's an Algerian citizen who was born in Syria (which is no longer a war zone), and is not a US citizen. America has done enough for him; he can take his wife/son with him.

Make no mistake, DHS is watching his media/social media tour.
