Not surprising and likely true. It's essentially what was done in Florida in the 2000's when the feds sent in the FBI and US attorney shove Palm Beach PD to the side and orchestrate a slap on the wrist to Jeff. Our government is terrible

Is this related to the way they "raided" his place, then said they didn't have a warrant to pry into most of the potential evidence there, then said they would come back (not get a warrant processed while they waited), then left the premises, came back days later, and magically, no evidence was still present…

This was in no way was a procedural tip-off to hide everything for Epstein and his "legal advisors."

Too many connections with CIA and Israeli intelligence. More and more likely Epstein ran a honey pot operation for the governments to have blackmail on the elites. I believe Cerno- real information on Epstein's clients, other than some flight logs that have already been in the public realm for years, won't ever be made available to Kash Patel and there probably are no depositions from many of the victims because they never really tried to investigate.

Why can't get people get to Maxwell- convince her to violate her deal that's keeping her alive? Or the victims? The world deserves to know what these elites have really done and they don't deserve to get away with it.

The masses always think the elites will get caught red-handed, made to pay for their mis-deeds, and go to jail and throw away the key. But it almost never happens.

The elites protect each other, no matter what side of the aisle they are on, because they are all either:
A) guilty of something or B) On the Take or Both.

It has been like this forever in every society and in every type of government. The royalty and the serfs. The landowners and the share croppers. The rich bankers, lawyers, and big industry vs the poor farmer.

It is reason why Hunger Games, the Patriot, and BraveHeart, etc are so popular. The masses rise up and defeat the System. (Yes, I know the Patriot and BraveHeart are based on real life stories)

In real life, it only happens through revolution, and then a new order is started and it just happens again but with new people in charge who once again set up a two tiered system of justice.

Find/place a data-monkey in the NSA to be a direct information conduit & start reconstituting what was destroyed. Find the victims and recreate statements & evidence trails.

Even if the collected evidence is gone: a thorough investigation can still be attempted and participants in the coverup destroyed.

Hmmm, so for years the narrative was there was a "list" but it was being suppressed by deep state to protect the powerful men on the left. Now that people who were saying there was a list (including Kash himself) are in a position to produce said list, the narrative is shifting to there never being a list (but still managing to pin blame on deep state). Interesting.

Oh well, I guess that frees up some time for Pam, Kash, and Bongino to start prosecuting those 10 million + fraudsters that are receiving Social Security checks being paid out to people over 110 years old now.

I never considered a list literally. I think the list is figurative. A "list" essentially has already been out there for years via flight logs. ...but if people thought there was an extensive investigation, there would be depositions and witness testimonies- from victims, Maxwell, other workers/employees besides the one house keeper from the documentary such as pilots, etc. Those files would contain details of crimes committed by those clients. There would be perp walks, trials, maybe jail for more than just Epstein and Ghislaine.

Still to this day, guys like Bill Clinton or Bill Gates or Prince Andrew can be on the flight logs dozens of times and yet still claim they never did or saw anything illegal on that island. That is bull **** for elites to be able to get away with crimes that normal people would die in prison for committing.

If you read his whole post. The 'list' is out there, but it's way above kash or pams level.

It looks like the fbi accomplish this by limiting the original investigation. So 'officially' there's no list.

As Cerno has said before, how do you hold the government accountable when they're in charge of the evidence?

If the FBI collected samples from that island, it would take 100 years to run all the DNA covering that place. Yuk.

Just because the FBI HAD the files doesn't mean they HAVE the files.

I would imagine they got "misplaced" or "lost in transit" between FBI offices.

There is no way the government individuals involved allowed those files to be kept anywhere.

Choosing NOT to investigate the island crimes allows the evidence that was gathered to disappear in a warehouse somewhere where it was lost or burned.

The only person who would have backups would be Ghilaine Maxwell and the only reason she is still alive is because she has given assurances they will never see the light of day unless she is killed.

Epstein would have had a system that would have been rigged with a deadman's switch. A cache pf files and evidence that would be triggered to be released upon his incarceration or death. That is the only way an operation like his is safe long term and keeps the people he is blackmailing in check.

I would be willing to bet Ghilaine was being pressured and found Epstein's Deadman's Switch files (the ones that were rigged to be released should he ever go to jail or be killed) and handed them over to the government/people of influence as a gesture of good faith. And that is what allowed the government to kill epstein.

Then she bargained with what she had to keep her sorry pathetic excuse for a life.

It's Ghilaine's files that are kept safe under a dead man's switch that they should find. The thing is though- Ghilaine knows if she gives them up she is dead. And There is no punishment or even carrot the government can mete out to persuade her to give them up.

They are burned and destroyed. Will never see the light of day.

If Cerno expects us to believe he's the ultimate expert on this case, it would do him well not to misspell the simple acronym "SDNY" four times in that tweet.

Our justice department has a chance to be transparent with the public and confirm what we already know.

If Bondi/Kash fails to release information on this case, it means either:

a. Bondi/Kash is compromised by Israel and won't reveal their entanglement with Epstein

b. The FBI completely destroyed all evidence

What exactly did Ghilaine Maxwell get convicted of and what was the evidence for her convictions? It wasn't simply victim testimony. Start with all that which hasn't been released.
