I don't really believe this is necessary, UNLESS, it has the effect of making all government documents in English only. We do need to have a common language that everyone understands, and it would also cut way down on gov't spending to not have multiple copies in different languages and a requirement to have interpreters for every language on the planet.

Speak whatever language you want, but when dealing with gov't, you MUST know English as the common language.

My Medicare statements come with English, Spanish, Arabic, and Chinese. Maybe French and Italian, also. It is ridiculous.

Some don't think that far because they see brown as bad. The South Texas wins for Republicans will switch back to blue because of stupid executive orders.

I don't disagree with that but if one of those multiple languages is not a firm command on English then you will definitely have less opportunity to make money.

So if you are going to have one language in this world, English is the language to have.
