Until Treasury changed it to a required field on Saturday, the Treasury Access Symbol (TAS) field for payment tracking was optional. Without a TAS, the payment is untraceable. DOGE identified the problem, and Treasury fixed it. See below:



These problems have been allowed to exist for decades by previous administrations (both R and D) that didn't care to fix them. The most important rule of first aid and emergency medicine is STOP THE BLEEDING. Trump can't move fast enough, IMO. The good spending can be restored later if proper justification can be found for it.
