DC Circuit, of course. Curious who gets assigned this bit of lawfare. Filed there because they got 'unlucky' in the 9th circuit case.


Example of the fraud; California. They let anyone registering at the DMV to just check a box as citizen yes/no. No verification etc. Then mails everyone who self-identified as an American a ballot. DoJ knows the names/addresses of permanent resident aliens, and Sacramento Dems know their county clerk/registrars don't want to face federal charges of participating in their illegal fraud in federal elections.

Still a circuit split. Scotus has to fix this soon. It's on the docket if I recall.

I know already posted but this guy has vaulted himself up to the top of the 'impeachment is imperative' list of judges.

I would like to see the feds prosecute the election officials responsible for that on the basis that they knowingly allowed ballots from non-citizens to be counted by ignoring evidence presented to them.

Agreed! Have said that for many years!


But never got an answer about no order previously. There was a TRO.

I must have just been wrong on that point. My mistake.

ETA: I thought she had orally ordered the government to get her permission before doing anything but didn't really enter a written order.
