The OP,s screenshot he robbed off a disinformation site.
It has the DOGE.GOV domain in the screenshot.
And the hacked webpage is still up on the DOGE.GOV website, for now.
https://doge.gov/workforce?orgId=7cd300eb-cf3f-47f5-90f1-9e66a8bc8d07&ref=404media.coThe whole point is to have essentially a public bulletin board of... wait for it... its coming... PUBLIC INFORMATION!Quote:
This is DOGE's effort to create a comprehensive, government-wide org chart. This is an enormous effort, and there are likely some errors or omissions. We will continue to strive for maximum accuracy over time.
A couple of dweebs posting nonsense on that effort is about the same sophomoric approach people use when spamming message boards with misinformation, misleading topics, and links without context.
We should have a DOTE page (Dept of TexAgs Efficiency) to track untrue, misleading or clickbait posts.
You actually think DOGE's database was suppose to be OPEN?
LOL.
You may also want to better understand that there are these things called web submission forms that push information to a database. This forum is such a site. You draft information, submit it and it goes to db16.
If you have followed the rules, then the information remains. If you have violated the rules and posted misinformation or false information, it will be reviewed.
If you hack someone's account to post the information, you have broken the terms of this website.
For these "hackers", there is a reason they wished to "remain anonymous". People engaging in activities which may violate the law typically seek anonymity.

Two different web development experts who asked to remain anonymous because they were probing a federal website told 404 Media that doge.gov is seemingly built on a Cloudflare Pages site that is not currently hosted on government servers. The database it is pulling from can be and has been written to by third parties, and will show up on the live website.
Both sources told 404 Media that they noticed Doge.gov is pulling from a Cloudflare Pages website, where the code that runs it is actually deployed.
Jeez dude, you pick the most inane things to try to score points on. Most of which, like the OP above, are complete Red Herrings designed to attack some irrelevant side point with virtually no connection to the topics of the day.rgvag11 said:Philip J Fry said:

Whataboutism is very, very valid.
It's an extremely useful tool that gives further insight into motivations, hidden behind statements or actions.
Leftists used to laugh and say "oh look a slippery slope fallacy." Well...look where we are now since 2008. "Slippery slopes" were what started a slide into BLM madness & child gender mutilation.
"Whataboutism" is going through the same process.
This is not completely accurate. Do you know what a SQL injection attack is?TyHolden said:
It's literally impossible to leave a database open in a public cloud. You'd have to go out of your way to do that. They are built-in with security to prevent this. They don't to get sued.

Yeah, you could say I know a bit. You can't do that on a read-only system. You need some kind of entry or form on the web page.G Martin 87 said:This is not completely accurate. Do you know what a SQL injection attack is?TyHolden said:

The doge.gov website that was spun up to track Elon Musk's cuts to the federal government is insecure and pulls from a database that can be edited by anyone, according to two separate people who found the vulnerability and shared it with 404 Media. One coder added at least two database entries that are visible on the live site and say "this is a joke of a .gov site" and "THESE 'EXPERTS' LEFT THEIR DATABASE OPEN -roro."
Have confidence in the security of all our private data held by the Feds.
Have you gone to, and verified, that this is actually an edit to the database and not just a screen edit?
It is still up -- on their domain (doge.gov) -- at this very moment -- for now.
Seems fine now.

leaving it open to the internet - anybody can get to it. not that easy to do on the cloud. you have to work to make it "open". especially on a read-only website like this. no way in from the website.deddog said:What does it mean to leave a database open?rgvag11 said:Philip J Fry said:
