The funny thing from my perspective is that the Model S has been a status symbol for nouveau riche virtue signalling types in the Silicon Valley for over a decade.

Elon Musk has only been evil since he started supporting Trump last year.

And he's only become literally Hitler during the past few weeks.

His South African background has been overlooked for 2 decades and now all of a sudden he's accused of trying to implement apartheid in the USA.

So what I want to know is, are all these virtue signalling conspicuous consumption Silicon Valley tech bros, especially the Indians, going to now jettison their Model S Teslas?

The Plaid version of the Model S was the goal of Dinesh and had a huge story arc in the series "Silicon Valley".

I wonder if they're going to have to go back and edit the streams of that series to remove the Tesla content.

I think it is a good thing Vivek left or was asked to leave DOGE. This can only work as a 1 man operation. Vivek is better doing other things. It was a bad idea to put both in charge but they resolved it early on.

Musk has been much more successful than I expected.

All I would like to see more is some stats on this on an official DOGE page (not Twitter). It should have all info on what has been uncovered.

Agreed. I think Viveks inner circle saw what was going to come with DOGE and smartly had him help set it up and move on. Musk will not be missing out on any future opportunities due to this but Vivek certainly could.

He's about to formally announce his bid for Gov of Ohio and being in the middle of all this was not a prudent move having that aspiration.

Anyone who wants to be independent minded and try to be aware during this time frame -- you won't go far wrong if you simply start seeing the bigger talking head outfits "news" as the public relations office for the DC grift machine and the globalist regressive agenda. So any venture or proposal that damages the money laundering and grift process, or pushes against the anti-merit global Marxism will get massive push-back from the `Media'.
