For the record, while I think it's dumb as hell, I am pro anyone doing what they want to do within the law.

This is the way they force compliance. They make it too difficult to stand up to it. This is a big pharma money game, plain and simple. You lobby (through studies and paying off universities and medical associations) to treat everyone with x disease under the guise that if you don't then you are necessarily threatening others. Not sure about X, but when on instagram noticed a pattern of accounts posting interesting factoids, videos etc. (usually war or plane stuff that I find interesting) and then at some point they'd switch to porn.

Took a while to clean those out (I get all my recipes from instagram ) but it's possible

A thread dedicated to the subject vs a drive by trolling post on an unrelated topic makes a big difference.

Your claims of pron on twitter go against most ta posters experience there.

I haven't seen anyone deny porn exist on x. But, I have seen many claim, including myself, to have never seen a second of porn there.

There's 3 logical conclusions-

1. You're looking for it
2. You're looking for something adjacent to it and the algorithm picks up on it
3. You follow people who promote it and it thereby influences what the algorithm shows you

Thats the way the system works. Its going to feed you things based on what you tell it to. If you're having porn problems on x, it's most likely a you problem. Not always, but, you tell the algorithm what to give you.

The algorithm is made to know you better than you know you.

I had 1 or 2 porn ads come up since Musk I think. I flagged them and they never came back

That's not the whole story and you know it. Multiple posters didn't just state "not happening on my end." Multiple accused me of being an addict and then doubled down when I denied that was the case. Several posters in this thread have had similar experiences to mine. So either they're all addicts or I was treated unfairly and staff did nothing to stop the "cyber bullying."

While I don't see this happening...she's not wrong.
