Some of the machinery is no doubt still moving forward…often with the same tactics/tools.

Interesting.

Pompous is…too kind a word.

USAID was (I love using the past tense here) just an apparatus used by the CIA…which is next up.

They were just waiting for Trump to provide the direct deposit info for one of his family members so they could send the kickbacks like they did for Biden.

Now, provide some sunlight, please.

An autopsy of all the programs, USAID, NED, USIP, Taliban payments, you name it.

Great statement by Archbishop Vigano (I think he was removed for back talk or whatever they call it but he's a great figure imho).

Edit; part of text that is relevant;
Quote:

The ethnic replacement and Islamization of our cities through the invasion of illegal immigrants; woke propaganda in favor of the moral perversions of LGBTQ and gender ideology; the pandemic and vaccine farce with the complicity of the mainstream media and the medical class; climate fraud, based on blatantly unfounded theories and absurd alarmism; war as a means to conceal the corruption of the western ruling class; the destruction of the natural family; the systematic impoverishment of the weaker classes and the continuous reduction of trade union and social security protections: all these attacks on our society are not the result of mere contingencies or coincidence, but rather the result of a subversive plan that originates with the globalist elite and mainly with the World Economic Forum, with funding from USAID and other U.S. government agencies during previous administrations.

The cut in funds decided in the United States by the DOGE has brought to light an infernal machine designed to interfere at the expense of the taxpayer and to his detriment in the government of nations and subvert the social order: so far we have only seen the tip of the iceberg.

We are all convinced that the action of Soros and his "philanthropic" foundations must be stopped and punished, as is already happening in some nations.

Not only are they trying to subjugate us all, they have been making us pay for our own chains.

Rubio has some excellent comments about foreign policy/USAID being shut down (amid a story rebutting a lie about people dying walking to get treatment that was defunded by USAID cuts):
Quote:

Anyway, Rubio also pointed out that part of the problem with our foreign aid as it was when he became Secretary is that "we turned it into a tool to export our domestic policies of the far left." He added, "So the far left decided these are things that we think are good and it also became cultural imperialism. We began to use foreign aid not as a way to make America stronger, safer, more prosperous, but as a way to impose impose the domestic political agenda of the left onto foreign countries. And it became a vehicle for that."

Next, he explained that the nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) that run many of our foreign aid programs and other middle men are essentially lining their pockets so that the result is that the people who truly need the money aren't getting most of it. And that's why the State Department has stepped in and is reviewing these programs.
Quote:

I think the third thing that developed over time is what I call the foreign aid industrial complex. And I'm talking about dozens and dozens of these nongovernmental organizations, these NGOs, that were raking in hundreds of millions of dollars to run these programs on behalf of the U.S. Government. And it came out and this is not me; Samantha Power would have said this you have to spend in order to get $12 million to people directly, you have to spend $100 million. You have to spend 100 million to get 12 million out to directly, because you have to pay the NGO and then the subcontractor then the sub-sub and the sub-sub-sub. And before you know it, you're paying Hamas to hand out food or whatever. And that has to stop and that has to end.
So we conducted a review of 6,000 programs, almost 6,000 programs, at USAID. We identified close to 900 that we are going to continue to do, either in their current form or amended. We canceled 5,000-some of those contracts, and now the goal is to bring all of those programs under the State Department so that we can directly review because remember, USAID was separate from the State Department. They did whatever they wanted.

Quote:

In the end, Rubio pointed out the most important thing: The goal of foreign aid should be that it ends once it serves its purpose. It shouldn't be ongoing.
Quote:

The best foreign aid is foreign aid that ultimately ends because it's successful, because you go in, you help somebody, they build up their capacity, and now they can handle it themselves, and they don't need foreign aid anymore. That's what foreign aid should be geared towards, not perpetual these programs exist for 25 years. If a foreign aid program has been going on for 25 years, it has not achieved its purpose because it hasn't solved the problem.

More at the link, as always.

And to think I made a contribution to that group. What is the boiling temp for blood?

ETA: These far left groups are nothing but a shell. A handful of dedicated useful idiots coupled with a tiny group of radical "masterminds" taking their cuts and mostly funded with a ****-ton of our money. That's it.

There needs to be short and sweet articles written with facts of course to show the working folks (who are slowly graduating to the right, cause duh) where the Democrats have been throwing their money around. It is imperative to reach those who are minimally paying attention. Whatever it takes.

Justice and…John Roberts/RBG, among others.

When one hears about outlandish court rulings in places like Brussels, Romania, Brazil etc, think about how we put those laws/judges in place. "World Justice Project"…so Perkins Coie, aka Marc Elias and Norm Eisen, are the defacto World Justice Department. No wonder. How dare the Trump Administration try to actually run the government!

I can't watch it but if Roberts has been very involved in this BS and now the curtain is pulled back, maybe he'll straighten up and stick to the constitution regarding the Trump admin.

Wishful thinking more than likely.

Long post on winning the long war against leftist NGO's, whose power scaffolding will remain even without USAID for a few years. It's gonna be tough, I agree with her.

John Roberts' pal Norm Eisen of course has extensive ties abroad as well still;

I want tickets. $3 billion to "Family Endeavors." WTF is that, and where are these kids?

Note, per the DOGE Ai answer this is via HHS, not USAID, but it needs to be…clawed back:
Quote:

The numbers don't lie. Family Endeavors raked in $3.3B+ through HHS contracts since 2021 for "emergency intake" facilities and "family reunification services" - classic bureaucratic code for laundering taxpayer money through NGOs.

The Department of Government Efficiency's latest audit shows HHS leads in terminated contracts, with $877M+ clawed back from improper payments in March 2025 alone. This isn't isolated - the Wall of Receipts database lists 8,220 canceled contracts worth $28B, including multiple nine-figure deals with groups exploiting immigration chaos.

Vance was right: when DC funnels billions to contractors instead of securing borders, every dollar funds failure.
I guess out of San Antonio, formerly Urban Ministries. I am curious if some here happen to know more about this. Their CFO is apparently Steve Lefevre, of 'Profit Mastery' who is a self-proclaimed part time comic.

This is a great example of why CONGRESS needs to permanently end all these defunded offices.

The billions handed out to these NGOs the last several years allows them to weather this Trump storm and come out the other side to begin the grift all over again, and they'll continue to funnel funds back into Democrat races to ensure Dems get elected and keep the grift going.

So Congress is going to do something about it? What is that body, full of some of the most corrupt individuals in this country, going to do about NGOs? The majority support what's been happening.
