You can throw a rock in that community and find a rapist. This is the norm, not the exception and it is 100% racially driven. All of these girls are ethnically British. I'm not sure people fully understand the scale of this. In these communities it's more logical to make the assumption that every single man was involved than it is to assume it was only a portion of them.
