A lot of people even on this board are so clueless about it and spout the usual "free markets" and "if you can't find a job you are lazy" talking points that their favorite radio show host gave them. Unless one is in the field, they have no idea of how deep the rot it. I don't know why Americans actively plot their own demise like the Europeans are doing. Is this some kind of curse?

I will ignore Musk, Ramaswamy, Trump on what they say until Jan 20. I will only watch what they do. Only that matters.

What I would like:
1. Repeal H1B completely.
2. Bring in a new program that allows people with advanced degrees and skills to come in and work in the US. Case by case basis and ensure they are not undercutting US salaries.
