Got one in AZ, can evict in less than a month. Thankfully some States aren't out of their minds...YET

Years ago After I graduated I had an apartment in Houston and forgot to drop off the rent check before taking a trip to Cozumel and when I got back my rent was 7 days late. When I walked into my apartment they had already sent people in and took my TV and left a note saying I could get it back after I paid the rent. Are landlords not allowed to do that stuff any more?

My plan, if the law fails me, is to higher someone, pay them to be my tenant, sign a lease, have them move in and make their lives in that house unbearable. No sleeping, no food, no peace. Just use the Memphis, TN method. Put on a mask, kick the door in and start beating the hell out of folks. If they threaten violence, do it again with some heat in your hand. Constant harassment and beat downs will likely make these freeloading losers change their strategies and philosophies.
