Completely devastating news this morning.

Some of us have posted several of his videos here when discussing legal topics including the recent Korean martial law incident. Jeff, also known as "Legal Vices", passed away. He was an American expat living in Korea practicing maritime law who started a YouTube channel a few years ago.

There's another lawyer named Bruce Rivers who had a huge following on Youtube. Recently he started featuring his son Michael in his videos. Michael, also known as the "content genius", has passed away. Bruce always struck me as an incredibly caring, loving guy who bragged constantly about his son. I know he's absolutely devastated. This happened a few weeks ago but I just found out about it today so I'm including it.

Jeff passed away? From what? Accident?

His friends are reporting heart failure, but that's usually a progressive illness and this appears to have happened suddenly. He never mentioned anything about being sick.

I don't know how to tell you all this but it needs to be said. Our friend @thelegalvices passed away from

Ooof that's a big one. He was one of the better ones out there for law tube. That whole scene has just been blown to smithereens.

Megan was just on with him a few days ago. Sure she is devastated, Andrew Legal Mindset as well.

Jeff did live a rough life with his drinking. He'd periodically quit drinking after one of his grift-a-thons where subscribers would send money to him to drink shots over a four or five hour live stream.

So sad.

I was looking this morning for his Maritime Mondays.

I watched several Bruce Rivers videos recently. Terrible news about his son. He was very clearly the world to him.

That sucks. For a minute there I thought you were talking about Legal Mindset, and I was equally as shocked.

I watch Bruce all the time and you are correct, every episode he talked about his son. Terrible news.
