Some rich dude shooting someone that did nothing to him is morally right? In what world?

Nobody is denied healthcare in the US. They are denied covered healthcare. Major difference and anyone trying to equate the two is being intentionally dishonest.

That being said, there are major issues with our current structure, and the structure is a camel (a horse put together by a committee) that is the result of trying to please the "free" healthcare types and the private insurance types. In the end, nobody is happy and it has never cost more for health insurance, unless you aren't a citizen.

This is accurate. I read a story when she came on the scene about how she was picked to run by handlers. Had to be charismatic for the left, young, female minority and she checked the boxes. She even auditioned for the role.

Philosophical question. How important is that distinction?

If you had a scenario where you basically have to be rich to buy food, would that really be much better than it being denied?

This will be a growing problem because the policy setting class never has any real fiscal difficulties in their lives so can't relate to those below.

I would say it's a pretty important difference. If you go to the ER because you are dying, you get treated, end of story. You then have to pay the bill. Unless you aren't a citizen of course.
