I dont doubt they're being used in a nefarious manner, but let's be realistic.
I find it interesting that DJI, a Chinese company, has robust restrictions preventing over the counter drones from operating in these airspace's without modification or bootleg software.
However, Autel is a government approved alternative to DJI, if it were banned. Autel openly markets to pilots that it has no restriction on its software to keep you from flying in government restricted airspace.
