Technically the word is ephebophile, which is attraction to people who have gone through puberty, but are still legally underage.

Abusing a little kid is unforgivable and should be an automatic death sentence. 100+ years ago, it was normal for a girl to marry at age 14 or 15 (so she would be healthy enough to survive child birth) to a man who was often 5-10 years older; as he had to be established enough to support a family.
