Deborah Gonzalez, a liberal prosecutor funded by George Soros, said in February that her office would 'no longer seek the death penalty' because life without parole already constitutes 'very substantial punishment.'
Gonzalez made several other 'soft-on-crime' policy decisions out of a desire to impact 'the community's fundamental faith in the system.'

That included not charging simple marijuana offenses, not using mandatory minimum sentencing and taking 'into account collateral consequences to undocumented defendants.'

She was forced to step down from the case and appoint a special prosecutor after being unable to get convictions. She's also previously been slammed for dismissing charges against a child rapist who was later convicted of the attack and even her own former supporters believe her to be incompetent.

She lost her re-election campaign to an independent by 20 points in November.

no matter the punishment there is no world where i could contain myself. i would be arrested in the court room jumping over the chairs just to get a shot at that POS. yeah i would be one of those guys.
Same here. I'd give all I own to be able to somehow sneak a weapon inside the courtroom and plant a hollow point in his brain pan.

Any decent warden would figure out a way for this vermin to get shanked in prison and not look very hard for the person who did it.

I'm not necessarily promoting vigilante justice or prison justice...

But if this waste finds himself in a wing of a the prison with less than adequate camera coverage I won't see a problem with any outcomes.
I'm not only promoting it, I'll reward it.

Eff that illegal coward POS. May he receive 100 times the hell he put Laken through on a daily basis until he imitates Roberto Duran and says "no mas".. Then may it increase to 200 times the hell he put her through.

I'll gladly deposit money in the commissary accounts of anyone who has a hand in his daily beatings, increasing until his death.

The only problem with his death is it would end the screams and bleeding of this worthless ********ing piece of *****

I would be fine with him being tortured daily for several weeks. Let him watch, and hear the sounds, of the gallows being built outside the jail. The snap of the rope going taut as they tested the trap door. Once he was stood on it and his legs bound, someone say hey look, it's lunch time. Be back in an hour, you wait there bud, can we get you anything? lol. As a final act, have the drop being too short a distance to break his neck such that he slowly strangled to death.

Is possible someone gets him in jail.

I think it's only a matter of how long it takes.

We should send every illegal to her home.

Besides the fact that that evil ***** deserves to die a most painful death (quoting Dumbledore there), the DA took any plea negotiation off the table.

She should have said 'I'm going to make sure you die if you put this family through a trial, or you can accept life without', but no, just had to put that family through that.

**** these people.

Interesting article. Governor Kemp and a rep from Athens had no faith in her to handle the case. I thought the prosecutor, Sheila Ross, was fantastic.

It is a substantial penalty, but murder is the one crime where there's no compensation for the victim's family. This POS's life will never be the same but he'll have a life in prison. Where he came from it probably won't be that much worse.

Oh look, Wray and Mayorkas are refusing to testify publicly again/until they are 'retired.'
