But if this waste finds himself in a wing of a the prison with less than adequate camera coverage I won't see a problem with any outcomes.

If I was a woman I'd be very wary of running a low-traffic park trail alone. I'd at least recommend running with mace or something to defend myself. I know it sucks the world we live in but too many stories like this.

Then the man's widow committed suicide out of grief a short while later. No sense to this stuff but unfortunately there are some crazies and monsters out there and you have to pay attention to your surroundings.
