Is it just me or do we never see stories of the other way around (chicks wanting to use the men's room)
Chicks do use the men's restroom. Particularly when the line for the women's is too long.
You don't hear about it because:
- The vast majority of females are not a physical threat to the vast majority of males.
- The popular stereotype is that men don't care if a women sees them peeing.
- When women invade the men's bathroom they are typically VERY LOUD about it which gives the men a choice to leave to stay before the women get an eyeful.
George Strait concert at the Summit in Houston, 1985ish. So many women came to see young George that their bathroom lines were awful. They spilled into the men's rooms waiting for access to the stalls. If you were peeing at a urinal, you just ignored it and finished up your business. I was putting the beer down pretty steadily so I cared more about relief than I did modesty.
I was driving in California in 2023 and stopped at a gas station to get gas and pee. It didn't click in my brain that this was a bad decision when I saw the several school buses in the parking lot. I found out later that the rest stops the teachers and chaperones normally plan to stop at were closed because of covid.
The place was PACKED. The kids were going to Disneyland for a high school senior celebration. The line for the ladies' room was across the length of the store. The line moved slower than usual because the girls were also changing in the stalls.
The mens' room line was about 3 deep at its longest point and was looking very tempting as the minutes ticked away.
The older ladies in front of me tried to convince the girls in front of them to "just go into the men's room" as they approached the front of the ladies' line.
I asked if they had asked the men for consent before entering the mens' room. I got the most snobby looks while the older ladies told me that "it doesn't matter because they're just men" and "men don't care".
One helpful man who was just exiting the mens' room offered to check to see if the mens' room was empty for any woman who wanted to use it. A few women from the back of the line did take him up on his offer. The older ladies and girls in front of them did not. (Smart girls!)
