That's fine and all, but think bigger if you actually want to change things.

Go to every meat-packing plant, lord knows Texas has as many, if not more, than most, and you'll find a treasure trove of illegal immigrant. Through their roundup, you'll find their relatives and friends, who also shouldn't be here. Now, if we're really at the company to "do justice," then we need to also audit/investigate the eff out of the company to see why they had so many people who don't speak english, have no history of working anywhere else in the country, or even going to school anywhere in the country, yet the company was too stupid to catch the most obvious of signs.

Then do the same at every non-chain restaurant, and you'll get the same result. Again, don't forget to ruin those businesses with audits and investigations, because anyone who is honest, moral and ethical, knows that me-maw knew she was hiring illegals, she just wanted to save a buck. That or she couldn't find a "F*k yeah, 'Merca!" American, because the truly lazy ones aren't the ones crossing to work with me-maw, it's the ones born-and-raised here. Go, 'Merca.

Next, hit the hotels, and lastly with every "contractor," where I guarantee you'll find one "pinche gringo" who owns the company, who has one guy that speaks to the "subcontractors," because he knows they're not here legally, and he knows that because, again, they don't speak english, have no history of working anywhere else in the country, or even going to school anywhere in the country, but so long as he can say, "Hey, they work for cash," well, we all know what that means when the worker speaks and acts like he just crossed the border. "Stupid gringo."

Do those things, and yes, prices on everything people on here have been complaining about for four years will go up, but since prices are higher because the illegals have been kicked out, the complaining will go to crickets in a heart beat.

Oh, but all of those are the illegals. What to do about the ones that are herethanks to asylum claims. Unlike the ones above, they're not here ilegally.

If you haven't figured out anything Trump often will threaten something like this knowing some people will go ahead and relocate themselves. They announce this early and they have 2 months to do it before being forced to.

It sounds like Trump wants to use the military to augment BP at the border to free up the Agents to focus on their main mission. It doesn't read as he's using the military for ICE functions.

Cut all of the money off. No freebies. Kick them out of their government housing. Put them on the street. No money for food. If they commit crimes to eat then they get arrested and deported. Put a 50% or more tax on remittances. Offer them daily flights back to their homeland and they get money when they get off of the plane.

Make their life hell. They look too fat and happy on our dime.

I have little doubt the meat and poultry plants have some genuinely illegal employees, but much like the produce industry they take great advantage of the green card/work visa programs.

I would think that someone who is here legally would gladly prove that they are here legally. They don't like Biden's mass illegal immigration either.

590 am in Austin had a caller last week who said that he would gladly get deported and start over legally if his legal children got to stay. I hooe that those are the lowest priority for deportation and are given a path to legality. I hope that the deportation program goes after the criminals with the fullest force to get them out of the country. They have to go back.

Plus, there is a government program (H-2A) for crop pickers and they only come here during harvest. They go home afterwards. Honestly, DOGE should take a look at H-2A to see where the abuse is happening. Make sure they GO HOME.

I can't find that language in the statute.
Quote:

Decades ago, there was an attempt to establish a program for migrant workers, allowing them to move freely across borders for work. However, that program was eventually discontinued. Many argue that, as a result, those workers opted to remain in the country illegally, fearing they might not be able to re-enter if they returned home.
Another unintended consequence of poorly designed immigration policies.

  • What if….they send EVERYONE back no matter how long they been here, old men and women, back to a country that doesn't want them? What if their kids are Americans but they never got papered up?
  • Elon is going to cut waste meaning useless college degrees will get you a job replacing the illegals that were sent out. A job at McDonald's would be better than roofing a house. Think about that.

Trump did well with the independents but if this deportation gets nasty, the masses could turn on him quickly and we will have us a mess.

Like many things thinking about being done since the election, while they sound great, can easily be turned against those people in the future. A great example being the Patriot Act. Many creamed themselves because at the time it was being used against Muslim Americans.

It's been decades since it was used against them, yet even today the same feds use that act against the most red-blooded Americanized.

Going door to door would be dumb. Shut the border. Go after criminals. Go after the cartels. Cut off benefits. Go after businesses that employ illegals and fine the crap out of them. Offer one way trips back across the border for anyone that wants to go.

That solves about 80% of the problem.

I'm all for this but I keep thinking about the logistics of removing illegals from the USA. It's mind boggling!

First, we're talking millions folks. It will take years to remove that many. Do you fly charters to all the different countries? That is probably cheaper than the cost of the welfare burden, etc, that is placed on society, but the sheer number of flights is mind boggling.

Second, and what I really wonder about is, what if the Venezuela's won't take them back. What happens then?

Got to start somewhere! Let's roll!!
They let 10m people in in roughly 3 years. I see no issue with reversing that in the same amount of time. Start with the known criminals (that's roughly 3/4 million people). Then everyone currently in a detention center. Then go after the VE gangs and keep working down the list on the basis of criminal threats. It seems like the NY Mayor will be an ally in this...work with him and the NYPD on cleaning up NY...
