And would that not make precedence for another president to use the term for anyone not born on American soil, say immigrants who became citizens?
Like many things thinking about being done since the election, while they sound great, can easily be turned against those people in the future. A great example being the Patriot Act. Many creamed themselves because at the time it was being used against Muslim Americans.
It's been decades since it was used against them, yet even today the same feds use that act against the most red-blooded Americanized.
