Similar thing happen with the NGO and government agency feedback loop. Cash bundles gets sliced and diced and repackaged and moved around and collected from various sources and moved to used for various purposes. It isn't tracked because the bureaucrats who would do it understand not to.

Key players know how to legally skim this or dip into it or use it in lieu of their own personal outlays to achieve their goals. Who knows what either the actual small individual donors wanted, or what taxpayers whose government funds are fed in through NGO grants should be expecting, or foreign donors who feed their cash into the process want to get.

Unpopular opinion...her voice has always been nails on a chalkboard to me. I honestly cannot stand it.

She is famous because she is a pretty, light skinned, black woman and highly marketable. If she looked like Adele or Lizzo, she'd be nothing. She'd be working for USPS or at a call center or something. Driving an Altima around Houston with paper plates and a handicap placard.
