I wouldn't necessarily call myself a fan of Fetterman, but more amazed at how someone as far left as he is, he is considered a somewhat voice of reason among the large swath of Democrats.

Not a positive for Fetterman, but a massive knock against Democrats as a whole as in a sane world Fetterman would be about as far left and loony as a sane populace should tolerate.

And agreed, he is someone that would a beer and friendly conversation would be greatly welcomed.

I'm still not there on most of his views but something happened to that dude.

He was very weird, very unhealthy and then all of a sudden he just changed. His looks even slightly changed.

I don't know what the hell happened or what he underwent but he's a completely different person than he was a few years ago

Big pharma should put him in a study and figure out what happened to him, then develop a serum or anti-venom and we could start slipping it into some drinks.

Sandbagging it during his campaign to help him get the sympathy vote.

Fetterman is a dem that has moral qualities that most of the dem representatives do not possess.

He is humble, honest, open about his past problems, admits he dresses like sh*t but doesn't care, not vain.

he is the only dem senator I like and respect. I'm a fan also even if I disagree with most of the things he says.

Fetterman will call out idiocy on his side, something most Democrats will not do.

He sees the writing on the wall and doesn't want his blue collar voters going to his next primary challenger.

He's how traditional democRats used to sound. Now they're mainly "radical and psycho".

I am not a fan of Fetterman at all. He votes with Schumer on every issue. Fetterman is all democrat. The democrats want to turn Texas blue but not through the discussion of ideas, but through illegal immigration. On Rogan's podcast Fetterman said:

"Undeniably, immigration is changing our nation," Fetterman told Rogan, adding:I haven't spent a lot of time in Texas, but it's very clear that immigration has remade Texas. And I think, generally it's for a good thing."

I must admit... he's a whole lot more tolerable (and actually kinda funny) when his noggin is synapsing properly.

I was about to post this... he was fine in roughly the first half (2hr interview total), I suppose, but then just started repeating the same stuff he was saying. From that point on, what he was saying had nothing to do with what Joe asked. It got to the point of being nonsensical.

You could also tell that Rogan did his level best to get him back to the question asked... mostly to no avail.

He stated that the selection of Rubio as SoS by Trump was an outstanding one.

He's certainly been better than we thought after his campaign. He's a character and seems to have a modicum of common sense which makes him an outlier in the dem party.

Yes, he's quite liberal and I'd don't agree with 99% of his views. But, he clearly has some common sense and can connect with the traditional common dem voters.

Let's hope the dems don't figure this out
