The first ting that Trump is going to do if Putin does not cooperate is to force our other NATO allies to start supporting Ukraine more since this is a European problem. If they refuse, Trump will give them an "or else" and everyone knows that when Trump says an "or else", he means it.

Trump is going to demand accountability and an actual definition of what it is we are trying to achieve with the billions and billions of US treasure.

That's all we've really ever asked for. What's the end game? What does winning look like? How long are we expected to fund this and to what end?

The bigger problem is there is this complete delusion that we (as in the US of A) can replenish our stockpiles with a magic wand, overnight.

We can't. And many of the big defense contractors, no matter how rich they are getting off this, have come out and said so.

Not unlike EV's and other high tech sh**, our weapons and munitions just can't get turned out overnight because we want to. I've read articles sighting a window of ten years to get the US supply of munitions and missiles back to pre Ukraine war at a decade.

That leads me to the point I have been trying to make for at least a year. Who is really bleeding who? We seem to have forgotten the Cold War. The USSR had at least a 4:1 advantage to NATO in conventional forces, not counting air power. Air power was our trump. No pun intended. But all of that was predicated on the Soviet's belief we would never use nukes in Europe, which wasn't wrong.

This endless war is bleeding the west's ability to fight a full on conventinal war against BRICS.
