One thing is for sure, that you don't inform your country your resigning by posting a letter. You schedule a special press conference and you make that announcement live to the country and then open to questions.

He should have done a press conference to announce but given his mental state, not taken questions. Remember how well taking questions went a week or so before during the debate. There should be limits to elder abuse in this country.

They executed a coup d'etat

You have to allow for the limitations of the players, but if this is true then Joe, at half capacity, still outsmarted the dum-dums who flushed him.

yeah;, but they did it for him to protect our democracy, right?

remember; democracy was on the ballot. Protecting our democracy was one of the top issues for democrat voters.

just like usurping the nomination from Bernie in 2016 and 2020 was to protect democracy?

just like censoring proof of Biden's corruption off the social media platforms in 2020 was to protect democracy?

just like propaganda russian disinformation letters in 2020 to cover Biden's corruption was to protect our democracy?

just like trying to bankrupt, arrest & imprison, remove from ballots, and incite assassination attempts against political opposition was to protect our democracy?

just like not having primaries this time was to protect democracy?

just like swapping out Joe for Kamala without a primary was to protect democracy?

In the long run they did what they were intended to do -- they got Trump elected, didn't they?

I'm curious which two on your sample do you think are exactly alike? I have looked and not found two where I don't see some minor differences.

It is like people latching onto the resignation letter not being on Presidential stationary as proof he didn't write it. I believe since this was a campaign issue, it would be a violation of the Hatch Act (and probably a few other laws) to use Presidential Stationary for that use.

I admit that I think Joe knew what was up and agreed very reluctantly to step down as the candidate and probably still thought he was the best candidate and would win. He is clearly slipping mentally but he isn't totally gone.
None of them are exactly alike. But there are some things that are consistent among them (and different on the resignation letter), which I have already pointed out. Again, I can't say 100%. I'm no expert. But, in my opinion, that's not his signature on the resignation letter.

Let's not forget that Biden stepping down started out as a quiet conspiracy theory.

Biden isn't smart enough to walk on sand, let alone hatch a plan to get back at Pelosi and Obama by endorsing Heels. Either Jill or some staffer told him to do it or he did it without thought to the consequence.

If true, there must be millions of Biden voters turning over in their graves.

If this is true it should be a gigantic scandal but it's (D)ifferent.
