Spotify is constantly trying to get me to listen to either Noah Trevor's podcast or country music (I hate both, but it's what it starts playing as soon as what I am listening to is over). This morning it did it again, but I let it keep going with Trevor Noah because it was the election reaction show. One of the "hot takes" was that people were sick of Democrats being elitist and talking down to them, and in the same breath, said what they needed to do was simplify their message into bite sized feelings messages that the public could understand.

Self-awareness is not going to happen anytime soon.

Good grief. The only problem with the our party today is that we've now made any and all conspiracy theorists feel welcome.

I get the feeling that there are some who just really really want some kind of insurrection or civil war between parties to happen. Either that or they just hate the left so much that they need the satisfaction of seeing anyone that voted for the Dems suffer.

After the way the dems treated Trump and anyone who supported him the last 8 years you expect an olive branch?

My wife and used to read the local paper before elections b/c they had a Q&A with each candidate and we'd vote for the one that we felt would do the most good for our community, state and country.

After what they did to Kavanagh, we both vote straight ticked R from now on. Screw them, they asked for it.
