McCormick's lead over Casey is about 33k votes at 98% and has been called by some "decision desks". Obviously, it will be challenged. See Marc Elias links above.

Slotkin beat Rogers by only about 19k votes at 99% and has been called by all for Slotkin.

Baldwin beat Hovde by only 29k votes at 99% and has been called by all for Baldwin.

Rosen is beating Brown by 17.5k votes at 95% and the remaining ones (Clark co mailed drop offs?) don't favor Brown allegedly).

Gallego is beating Lake by almost 44k votes at 76%.


Depending on McCormick holding on, it's looking like it could 4 or 5 states where Trump wins at the top of the ticket and an R senate candidate loses by a hair of 1% or less.

I get that 3 of those 5 were incumbents and it's hard to beat an incumbent. ..but also, all 5 of them vastly outspent the R and raised a ****-ton more money for their campaigns than the R. Mitch McConnell and his GOP Senate war chest gave approximately zero support to some like Brown and Lake. That's not acceptable.

It's going to take a bigger majority than 52 or 53 to undo the mess the Biden admin has made, especially when you consider how squirmy and "concerned" Murkowski and Collins are. Why were people voting for Trump but not the R senate candidate? Or was the difference more people abstaining for POTUS but voting for a D senate candidate?

Courts simply aren't going to do that...there's only so much hypocrisy that is tolerable...

reverse them? the only one being challenged right now is democrats and marc Elias challenging McCormick and I don't know what grounds or standing they have; just know they're challenging. There are apparently still ballots being found in philly of course so that one isn't technically over.

At least, from looking for info for about 5 minutes this am, I am unclear.

I forgot to write save the raw numbers from Cambria County this morning but they just had a ballot drop and his lead grew out to 28% there. It looks like McCormick's lead in PA grew to about 35,000.

AP saying 90% of the county is in which doesn't jive with the math I did based on their 61% estimate estimate earlier. Not as many ballots dropped as I thought.

This is so frustrating about Arizona & how these shenanigans are just allowed.

My math shows if % holds, McCormick still stands to gain about 1500 votes in Cambria when they are done counting, putting his PA lead at just over 36,000 statewide.

IF there are 75,000 ballots outstanding (doubtful that many are counted) Casey would need to pull in just over 74% of the remaining vote to catch up. If the number of outstanding ballots are lower he'd need to win more % of them. I'm not seeing a great path for Casey here unless there are some magical big 90-10 ballot drops.

It's going to be harder to fix it for Gallego, but my guess is that they are making sure there are no other options available that they could use that fall within the lines of legal...

With all of the observers present, and nothing blocking GOP folks from watching, it's will be extremely hard to do something shady, I suspect...

Why do you think that? Allred outgained Kamala in TX. This happens all the time when the top of the ticket is a weak candidate.

In all the relief and outright JOY of the win, I just want to say that you NEVER wavered early on. I don't know if you had a chance to gloat or how close you actually were to the call, but I think it was damn close. Special shout out from the crowd who believed all the way through, but still needed that extra jolt of optimism during the run up.

It happens all the time. The only thing that would raise an eyebrow IMO is if the vote total for the senate race is way more than the presidential race.

AP calls PA 72 to the Dems. Split ticket voters again. Dems retain control of the PA house, GOP has the Senate.
