Southern and Eastern New Mexico.

But the state is overwhelmingly Hispanic now, and Republicans are going to have to figure out a way to get the Hispanic vote in New Mexico, and everywhere else if they are to have a future

Just in case anyone missed it: Philly will be dropping 110k mail-in ballots at the turn of the hour. This is about 50% of the Philly mail-in vote.

Talking head on CNN says that turnout was really high in Philly, but they can't tell them how many people voted.

Have to wait to see how many votes Trump got first, I guess.
