Why are there so few female CEOs? With the way the world is now, it's not because of some patriarchy. It's because most women are not pshcho enough to devote their entire life into their careers into their mid 50s, which is what is required for that level of corporate achievement. Most eventually get disillusioned and tap out.

Exactly - 3 because it will lead or influence the most people towards happiness, including my daughter.

I could care less about "legacy"

Young people will also reject the standard of living that came with that 1950's happiness.

Working class people took vacations by packing up their American made car and driving to a national park, or maybe pulling a pop-up.

Cars were modest and you fixed them yourselves. Most families ate out no more than twice per month. Most clothes were bought at the equivalent of TJMax. Most homes had 3 bedrooms or less. One family tv was living well.


Part of our problem forcing women into corporate careers at increasing rates is that our lifestyle expectations have gone through the roof.

When the truth finally hits these "strong I can do anything" women in the face. They realize that they have been lied to but when it comes, it is usually to late.

Like the old saying goes "youth is wasted on the young".

So who is lying to them and convincing them to not pursue having a family and kill any baby they do have along the way?
