Now that votes are cast, we might as well have a central location for the vote stealing that's going on.

I'll start with:
https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/colorado/news/least-dozen-ballots-intercepted-mesa-county-before-colorado-voters-received-them/

Quote:

At least a dozen mailed ballots were intercepted and cast on Western Slope before voters received them, according to the Colorado Secretary of State's Office. Three of those ballots were cast and counted before the county clerk was able to pull them from the final tally.

Colorado's Department of State learned about the intercepted ballots on Tuesday.

"The ballots were filled out, the return envelopes were signed, they were then returned to a USPS blue box, so that's a postal box, not a ballot drop box," said Secretary of State Jena Griswold in a news conference on Thursday afternoon. "The issue was discovered during the signature verification process."

They only found these because voters noticed they never got them and contacted the county. How many other countless ballots are out there that were grabbed from the mail and submitted?

I was told more than once on another thread there's no election fraud.

An arrest was made today in Phoenix when a USPS drop box containing ballots was burned.

https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/detroit/news/rnc-lawsuit-detroit-deleting-drop-box-surveillance-footage/

Quote:

(CBS DETROIT) - The Republican National Committee has filed another lawsuit against Detroit, alleging that the city deleted drop box surveillance footage and violated the Freedom of Information Act.

Jonathan Koch and the RNC filed the lawsuit against the City of Detroit Department of Elections on Tuesday. The lawsuit alleges that they had requested drop box surveillance footage from the city earlier this year, but it was deleted, and the RNC never received it.

On Aug. 20, the Koch allegedly submitted a FOIA request for the surveillance footage on behalf of the RNC. The request was submitted for footage in connection to the "Absent Voter Ballot Drop Box" on the Northwest Campus of Wayne County Community College at 8200 W. Outer Drive, according to the lawsuit.

The city acknowledged receiving the request on Aug. 21, and on Aug. 24, it sent a letter asking for an extension of their response deadline by 10 more business days under MCL 15.235(2)(d).

On Sept. 16, Koch received an electronic response from the city, in which they said, "The video is no longer available after 30 days and is recorded over," according to the lawsuit.

I'm sure it's fine.

If you were really down for King Trump then why aren't you on a plane to Detroit to monitor the polls?

As depressing as this board has been for the past 4 years....I would think you all would be the first folks headed to Philly, Detroit and Miami to make sure that the "steal" doesn't happen again.

Just going to drop this here.

As Kremer notes, "Raffensperger sent an email, in a private capacity, that went to a list of trial lawyers across Georgia soliciting $5 million by November 1st to help in his effort for a 501(c)4 called "Election Defense Fund", asking lawyers to donate or contact him via his private gmail account & personal cell phone number."

In the email, Raffensperger claimed that "Election deniers and conspiracy theorists have taken their anger to new levels, employing a variety of tactics including intimidation, legal challenges, and rule changes. In Georgia they have threatened, harassed, and sued election officials. And as you know, most recently the Georgia State Election Board was taken over by three individuals who have pledged to put partisanship over sworn duty."

Raffensperger appears to be referring to (and trying to intimidate) the three Republican members of Georgia's five -person State Election Board, Dr. Janice Johnston, Rick Jeffares and Janelle King.

Raffensperger also appears to be attempting to intimidate and silence anyone who might challenge the outcome of Georgia's 2024 presidential election.
LINK

A year or so back, there was an invitation only event in DC for Dem Sec of States to get together and plot how they would handle the 2024 election. Only two GOP members were invited, Raffensperger and Bill Gates, the former election supervisor from Maricopa County, AZ.

Those who want to diminish the importance of finding cryptographic algorithms embedded in state boards of election (SBOE) voter registration databases typically demand proof the algorithms have resulted in fraudulent votes or suggest that legitimate purposes can explain the algorithms. However, they're focusing on the wrong things.

This article argues that cryptographic algorithms in SBOE voter registration databases may violate state and federal laws, potentially indicating improper practices or even criminal activity. Election officials who fail to investigate and address unauthorized algorithms once discovered could risk civil and possibly criminal liabilities, depending on specific circumstances and applicable laws.
Quote:

  • The 2002 Help America Vote Act (HAVA) requires states to implement a computerized statewide voter registration list that is uniform and nondiscriminatory. The algorithmic structure would lack the required uniformity and may be discriminatory if used to treat certain voters differently. Specifically, Section 303(a)(4) requires that voter registration records be maintained in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner. If the algorithm is used to tag or treat certain records differently, this could be problematic.
  • On September 16, 2024, attorney Thomas W. Connors of Mendenhall Law Group, Akron, reported to the Ohio SBOE about an algorithm found in the Ohio voter registration database:

Quote:

Dr. Paquette's initial review of the Ohio voter rolls, attached, shows that voter identification numbers in certain counties are assigned by an algorithm that permits a hidden means of tracking voter registrations. His work, while preliminary and not comprehensive, is consistent with his extensive review of the New York voter rolls that showed an algorithm that also permitted such tracking, which his analysis showed was tied to false registrations. This hidden tracking structure effectively functions as a third ID number in New York and appears to present a significant election system risk. It also appears to violate the requirements of the Help America Vote Act and related Ohio statute which provide that all election officials be able to obtain immediate access to the information contained in statewide voter registration lists.

Brownwood, Texas. A friend asked me how his vote changed from Trump to Harris when ballot was printed.

I told him it was probably just a random computer glitch. He also told me 12 other people in the room said the same thing.

Brown County voted 86% for Trump in 2020. It is a fully Republican County.

So are you accusing them are trying to rig the vote for Harris in one of the most heavily Republican counties in the state?

For those only reading the headline.

The registration forms, received in two batches, were caught and not entered into the system to be able to vote.

Each one is being reviewed by the DA's office and the county election office to see if they are legit or not.

Due to long lines and trouble earlier in the week, the Dallas County Commissioners Court unanimously approved a plan on Friday afternoon to extend early voting hours next week.

Voting hours were to change next week to 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. anyway, but on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, early voting centers in Dallas County will stay open two hours longer until 9 p.m.

The law required a five-day notice to change the schedule, so Wednesday was the earliest day that county commissioners could offer extended hours.

This decision was made after voters complained about wait times and problems earlier in the week with electronic poll books. Garcia said county commissioners wanted to make sure they were giving people adequate time to vote.

"We know that it's an important election, we're seeing really high turnout,"
said Heider Garcia, Dallas County Elections Administrator. "Commissioners are clear that there's nothing more important than giving voters the opportunity to vote and they wanted to do it this way so that more people can find an opportunity to go vote."
The big cities always make up new rules on the fly.
