Most foresters I know are pretty slim due to all that walking....

If she took forestry as seriously as DEI and D&D, she may still have a job....

DEI in any profession has never been about qualification or skill set but hiring according to race/sexual orientation.

The sad thing is that if she uncolored her hair and dressed nicely she wouldn't even present as marginalized since at the end of the day she is a white middle-class female. She is simply wearing a costume and claiming DEI status, literally taking space from marginalized persons of color or someone truly disabled.
