Can we back up a bit? There is no single transatlantic cable. While each cable does carry a staggering amount of data, there's dozens across the Atlantic and hundreds around the world. This is a simplified version of the actual paths:

https://www.submarinecablemap.com/

Cutting one would be an annoyance but nowhere near "trillions of dollars" in damage. Most of the data would get shifted to other cables. Few weeks to get a ship and repair it. Cable owner is out a few million. Sucks but it happens.

If you're cutting multiple cables, you need a ton of logistics. You can't cut them one by one and get a lot of them because you'd draw a ton of attention when it became clear more than one was cut. By the third or fourth cable you'd have calls for the Navy to get involved. And remember (almost) every cable is a multinational collaberation since they usually land in a different country than they started.

If you are saying the October surprise is that a navy, or even the US Navy, is going to sever a whole bunch of cables and blame it on Russia... You'd either have it blown wide open real quick because thiusands of sailors keeping a secret like that is dubious to me, or you'd have naval assets hunting other naval assets. None of those scenarios would play out to make people want Dems in office imo.

Also helps to compare why targeting a natural gas pipeline was a big deal. Fewer of them, more financial costs, harder repair, etc. One and done. If a data cable was cut and nobody took credit for the attack, it wouldn't even make the news.

Oh and by the way read about the Houthis attacking subsea cables in the Red Sea if you were wondering how it looks to do that. Different story because they attack ships as well. Repairs there are much harder to do and frankly Americans don't care if Europe and Asia have connectivity issues. Lukewarm response at best and sounds like at least four were severed before repairs started.

Thanks for link. It's surprising to see just how many cables there are and where they connect.

Could be a number of things:
  • Someone comes out and accuses Walz of doing something to children in the past
  • Video or pictures surface of Kamala from when she was Montel Williams' ho
  • Biden either has a medical event or voluntarily steps down and Kamala becomes president
  • Foreign war involvement - China/Taiwan, Russia tactical nuke, or Iran attack on Israel draws direct US entry
  • More assassination attempts, whether successful or not

Realistic- current admin completely bungles the emerging humanitarian crisis in TN and NC, further highlighting the complete lack of care the DC parasites have for our country. Will become a huge story in the coming days as the area is currently cut off from the media, and Harris/Biden remain on campaign trail or on the beach.

Hypotheticals-
Russia nukes something in Ukraine
China triggers a financial meltdown that pops the everything bubble
China makes a run at Taiwan
Israel decides to "finish him" and makes the sun rise twice in a day in Tehran

It's not going to be a surprise for people that have been paying attention. BRICS meeting is Oct 22. If they announce a gold back trade settlement currency then, the demand for the dollar is going to drop significantly, which will trigger all those derivatives that helped create the everything bubble.

If we are guessing on surprises, I'm going with a very fringe guess....Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune are going be in an alignment on October 24th that hasn't been seen since 79AD.

Basically they form a square on the other side of the Sun while Earth is the only planet on this side. Internet theorists claim the alignment will cause electromagnetic storms (ground to sky lightning, auroras in southern latitudes, solar storms) and severe weather/climate changes for a couple days until the square breaks formation. They claim that the weird weather/events we've seen, such as extreme flooding around the world as evidence to a build up to the event.

We're getting off topic but... sometimes it's easier to lay cable undersea than digging through the ground. Or if you need a redundant path you might not have any better options. Or in the Gulf case they might be landing on an oil rig.

1. Biden steps down.

2. Kamala assumes presidency.

3. Senate fails to confirm new VP.

4. Kamala president with SOH as acting VP causing a (another) political and constitutional crisis.

5. Election is postponed after a mass conflagration event making the election in 34-days logistically impossible.

6. Political chaos and societal unrest occurs with no end in sight.

7. Election postponed indefinitely with no resolution in sight.

8. US supreme court refuses to do their duty.

9. Mentally handicapped geriatrics in congress are overwhelmed.

10. WW3 rolls on in the background, global economy stagnates and major financial institutions collapse; emergency measures passed to seize a percentage of Americans 401k / IRAS in the dead of night; BTC and gold skyrockets as people seek financial refuge and preservation of assets.

Listened to a guy today who was talking about the transatlantic cable being cut "by the Russians". He actually made a pretty fair case. It would be an act of economic warfare/terrorism as $10 trillion worth of settlements crosses the cable per day.

Naturally, he doesn't believe the Russians do the dirty deed, but the usual suspects who shall not be named here. He thinks it will be the greatest false flag or distraction of our time; at least since the Towers came down.

If the powers that be wanted to take advantage of an opportunity to execute a "Great Reset" scenario, I think this might actually be the way to do it.
