Hail Mary? You mean long running state-level fight to get rid of this silliness? Let Democrat states break up their EC votes by district/county/city etc, fine by me.
Or the Interstate Compact between the states to award EVs to whomever won the popular vote, regardless of what the vote results are in their state?

Which is unconstitutional on its face...

I love when libs of the party that used every possible dirty trick to keep RFK Jr and the MN guy out of the primaries and then anointed someone who did not receive a singe vote and wasn't on any primary as their candidate come here and try to claim the moral high ground. It shows in vivid technicolor what giant POS they are.
The hubris / lack of self-awareness from the lefty loons is beyond staggering.

How can this be a Hail Mary when it has been under discussion in NE for months? Wasn't there even a thread on here about it?
because they're trying to do it this close to an election when changing election laws close to an election is heavily disfavored, and such attempts are often struck down.

if they couldn't do it earlier then that's on them. but right now they're trying to ditch a system Nebraska has used for 30 years just to help one candidate.

Are they breaking the law? If not who cares.

As far as Supreme Court justices after what the Dems pulled with **** Hill and skank ***** Ford the Dems have no room to discuss confirmation process.

Desperate move by a desperate party who knows they're going to lose and so has to use dirty tactics like making 11th hour changes to election laws to favor themselves
Yeah I mean the democrats would never do anything like this to tip the scales in their favor. I mean they would never stoop so low as to result to ballot harvesting, filing lawsuits to prevent voter roll cleanup, preventing laws to ensure illegals don't vote, having the MSM be their mouthpiece to talk ill about republicans while providing cover for themselves, etc. Yes the democrats are as pure as the driven snow I tell ya!!!!

Huh. Kind of like the Democrats did in 2020 with all the mail in voting and ballot harvesting.

Just pretend it's being done for Covid precautions. You'll feel better then.
